Are your CBD products legal?
Yes, all our CBD products come from certified EU hemp seed varieties (Cannabis sativa L.) and comply with Czech law. We adhere to strict regulations regarding THC content, ensuring our products remain within the permissible limits established by law—containing up to 0.3% THC, as regulated by European Parliament and Council Regulation No. 1308/2013, and up to 1% THC under Act No. 167/1998 Coll., on addictive substances, and Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on pharmaceuticals. Therefore, these products can be freely imported and sold within the European Union.

Is my order confirmed if I haven't received a confirmation email?
After placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please check your SPAM folder in your email inbox. If the confirmation email is not there either, an error may have occurred. In that case, please contact our customer support at support@aurei.store
How can I cancel or change my order?
Changes to orders can only be made by our customer service. If the ordered items do not suit you, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aurei.store
Shipping

Where is my order?
We will automatically inform you about any status updates via the email address provided when placing the order. You can also track your order status in your customer account. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking this link.
When will I receive my order?
We dispatch packages as soon as possible, and it is then up to the courier company when the package will be delivered depending on their workload. We usually ship orders within 48 hours of placement. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.
Do you deliver orders on weekends?
Some couriers may deliver parcels on Saturdays.
What are the shipping and delivery options within the Czech Republic? What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are always displayed after selecting the courier when placing your order. For orders over 1500 CZK, shipping is free.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Yes, we deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, and Spain. Shipping costs depend on courier rates. You can see the prices during the checkout process.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your order using: Credit card payment, Bank transfer, Instant payment via Apple Pay.
How can I redeem a discount voucher/coupon?
You can redeem a coupon or gift card at checkout, in the first step of the shopping cart. At the bottom, near the "Proceed to checkout" button, there is a field where you can enter your coupon code. Don't forget to confirm it by clicking "Apply coupon." The system will then deduct the gift voucher amount from your order.
I ordered an item, but it was not delivered. What should I do?
If you have not received your order within 7 business days from the order date, please contact us at support@aurei.store
I want to exchange a purchased item. How should I proceed?
Exchanges are not possible. You can only return the item and then place a new order. Returns do not apply to gift items.
The courier delivered a visibly damaged package. What should I do?
If the courier delivers a damaged package, we recommend not accepting it and asking the courier to file a damage report. Then, please contact our customer service at support@aurei.store
