Types of Hemp Oils and Dosage
Hemp oils, also known as CBD oils, are extracts from the hemp plant that contain cannabinoids, primarily CBD (cannabidiol). Unlike THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), CBD does not have psychoactive effects, so it does not cause a "high" feeling.

RAW HEMP Oil
RAW HEMP oil is an unprocessed, raw oil that contains all the natural compounds found in hemp, including cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids. This type of oil is often preferred for its "full-spectrum" nature, meaning it provides a complete range of compounds that may have a synergistic effect, known as the "entourage effect".
CBD + MCT Oil
CBD + MCT oil combines CBD extracted from hemp with MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides), often derived from coconut oil. MCT oil serves as a carrier, enhancing the absorption of CBD in the body. This type of oil is popular for its purity and rapid absorption.

It is advisable to take the oil twice daily, in the morning before breakfast and in the evening, ideally 15-20 minutes before bedtime.
