Dosage:
For optimal absorption, apply the oil (using the integrated dropper) under the tongue and hold it there for at least one minute. Unless otherwise advised by a physician, the usual dose of CBD ranges from 0.5 mg to 1 mg per kilogram of body weight. Use the product twice daily, ideally in the morning before breakfast and in the evening, approximately 15-20 minutes before bedtime. Drop the oil under the tongue, let it absorb for at least 1 minute (the longer you let it absorb under the tongue, the more substances you will intake), then swallow. 1 drop of 10% oil contains approximately 4mg of CBD. The recommended daily dose is 16-25mg of CBD.
